The Problem

In today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, it is not competition anymore, rather it’s hyper-competition.
Competition begins at kindergarten-who writes better “A” and who writes better “B”? The competition in the corporates is just unthinkable. And most organizations are unprepared to handle these new challenges. More and more people are getting worn-out and eventually losing their health. This is affecting their performance and productivity in a big way.
Until now the Organizations were engaging employees only with leadership, soft-skills and technical trainings to enhance performance and productivity. But now the time has come where wellness interventions have become indispensable. Our state of well-being directly affects our ability to act as leaders. With better state of mind, body, and emotions, one would take better decisions and handle conflicts better and negotiate well. That means, the health interventions, if not more, at least assume the same level of importance as that of the leadership interventions. For they go hand in hand. In fact, “Well-being” lays the foundation for the evolution of leadership traits.
