Our concepts and practices have evolved out of our deep research from the time of Mind-Body medicine revolution in the 1960’s.

We have tracked the evolution of preventive medicine in its various forms from the formative years. Our research combines the best tools from the Mind-body medicine, integrative medicine and the various other evidence based alternative therapies and practices to bring out the best through our Lifestyle Medicine interventions.
The latest studies are proving that many of the most common and debilitating and chronic disease and even much of the damage of aging at a cellular level can often be slowed, stopped, or even reversed by the lifestyle medicine programs. These include: type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, obesity, liver disorders, emotional depression, and anxiety etc.
